Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Hespor dashboard, provided by Hespor Trading Ltd. (“Hespor”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the dashboard, you agree to these terms.

The service

Hespor helps small businesses in Canada improve their online visibility — through search, AI answer engines, and paid advertising — and provides a dashboard to track the results.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for anything that happens under your account. Let us know right away at info@hespor.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

Billing and cancellation

• Plans are billed monthly, with no long-term contract.
• You can cancel at any time; there's no exit fee.
• Any advertising budget (Google, Meta) is separate from your plan fee and goes directly to those platforms — never to us.
• You keep ownership of your own Google Ads and Business Profile accounts, whether or not you stay a customer.

Acceptable use

Please use the dashboard only for its intended purpose — managing your own business's visibility and advertising. Don't use it to interfere with the service, attempt to access other customers' data, or for anything unlawful.

No guarantee of results

We work hard to improve your visibility and advertising performance, but search rankings, AI answer inclusion, and ad platform outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We don't guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or sales figures.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Hespor Trading Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the dashboard. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

If we make a meaningful change to these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where practical, let you know by email.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, subject to any mandatory provisions of the law of your province that apply.

Language

These terms are available in English and French (les présentes conditions sont offertes en français). You can choose the language at the top of the page.
